Came back from being away to find our boiler wasn’t working leaving us without heating and hot water. Luke was fully booked but managed to fit us in after hearing we had a baby in the house too. He quickly identified the issue and ordered the part needed, which he then fitted as soon as he could pick it up (the following morning). It was obvious he took a pride in his work and was very polite and took the time and trouble to keep the area he was working in clean and tidy as he worked. Great service!
